Delaware Photonics offers the DDFPL1, DDFPL3, and the DDFPL6. Each are a superior diamond lapping (polishing) film optimized for the high pace world of micro-precision fiber polishing and finishing applications.
The DDFPL Series Diamond Lapping Film come in either 1 micron (µm), 3 micron or 6 micron sheets with 3 Mil backing. Each are an ultra fine dispersed uniform coated abrasive product on polyester film, which ensures high flexibility, strength and wear characteristics.
The DDFPL Series lapping film can be used wet or dry to achieve the best precision finish that is required in today’s demanding world. Each The package of lapping film is available in 3 - 6" x 6" sheets.
